Prayer Point – Students should pray for grace to be holy.

C. Lesson Introduction – It is the counsel of God for every believer to prosper and to be free from sickness “-3 John 2. God’s storehouse is full of blessings prepared for His children because His thoughts toward us are good and not evil. However, to partake from the abundant benefit of these blessings, He demands that we be holy like Him – Psalm 84:11

C. Text Review – Psalm 15:1-5
Verse 1 of today’s text indicates that the mountain of the Lord is holy. To go to this mountain requires:
- Walking uprightly
- Speaking the truth only without any hidden deception in our heart.
- Clean tongue which does not backbite.
- Godly behavior which harbours no evil
- Mouth which does not destroy his/her neighbour.
- Life which honours goodliness and not wickedness.
- Just and righteousness.
- Life that helps the needy and does not oppress.
Living a life which conforms to above pattern carries its rewards with it. Such fellow shall abide forever and shall not be moved. Verse 5

There are many reasons why believers must be holy.
- Because God is Holy, believer are required to be holy.
- His commandments direct us to be holy.
- Holiness is required for effective evangelism.
- Holiness is required for spiritual exploit.
- Holiness enables believers to do greater works than Jesus.
- Holiness affords us constant opportunity to fellowship with God.
- Holiness enables sinners to see God in Heaven.
Class Activity 2 – Teacher should allow students to read the following scriptures and explain how they are related with the above stated points, Proverbs 18:10; Proverbs 16:7; Job 11:10; I kings 5:1-4; Proverbs 3:1-2; Proverbs 3:1-2; Proverbs 4:10; Proverbs 9:11; Genesis 18:12-21; Amos 3.
SUMMARY – Holiness is the key to Godliness. Benefits of godliness are inexhaustible to believers. Therefore, believers who want to remain blessed for ever must be holy forever.
CONCLUSION - The benefits of holiness are inexhaustible since God cannot be separated from His holiness. Living holy must be the aspiration of the heart of a true believer daily. Do you strive to be holy?

C. Lesson Introduction - In our last lesson, we considered why believers must be holy and some benefits of holiness. We shall look further into the benefits of holiness and why God does not condone unholy living in today's lesson.

Teacher concludes by encouraging students to commence living holy lives to enable them reap abundant benefits of holiness.
C. Text Review - Psalm 24:3-10
"Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord?" This crucial question which was raised by David in verse 3a of today's text received unequivocal answers which points who are those interested to one fact, HOLINESS.
i. They must have clean hands and pure hearts.
ii. They must not swear deceitfully or be seriously engaged in the affairs of this world which the Bible refers to as vanity.
God expects all believers to climb His holy mountain and the prerequisite to this awesome experience is holiness.

Additional benefits of holiness are:
i. Answered prayers. Luke 1:13; Psalm 34:15-17
ii. The righteous will have a glorious future or end. Isaiah 3:10; Jer.29:11 iii. The holy ones will enjoy divine health. Exodus 15:26
iv. Blessings of the Lord shall overwhelm believers who maintain Holiness. Psalm 23:5; Paul. 2e:1-2 .
v. Holy believers will be victorious, promoted and endowed with supernatural anointing. Deut. 28:7; Hebrews 1:9

i. LESSON OUTLINE 2 - WHY GOD DOES NOT CONDONE UNHOLY LIVING God does not condone unholy living for the following reasons:
i. He is perfect and holy. .
ii. His habitation is absolutely holy.
iii. His throne is holy.
iv. His angels are holy.
v. His words and songs are holy. vi. His city is holy.
Class Activity 2 - Students and teacher should fix the following scriptures appropriately to above points. Romans 6:19; 22, 2 Cor.7:1; Eph. 4:24; I Thess. 4:7; Exodus 15:11; Psalm47:8; Rev. 14:10; Rev. 4:8; Rev. 22:19.
SUMMARY· Great benefits are available to all who fear God and live a holy life. Those who choose to live ungodly lives to the contrary would not come to His presence.
CONCLUSION· A nation that fears God and lives righteously shall be exalted. Disobeying God's instructions will lead to divine rejection and eternal condemnation.
